SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our product, Popia Bergedil Daging by Alphadeck. The following are the terms and conditions contained in the Shipping Policy:


1) Our company only provides 'Cash on Delivery' in the district of Kota Tinggi, Johor and nearby areas.
2) We take the order 2 days before we make the delivery. If the order is made for an event booking, we will take 7 days before delivery for us to prepare.
3) Alphadeck does not take orders on weekdays and public holidays.
4) 'Cash on Delivery' will be charged RM3 for every 1 kilometer. If the delivery exceeds 1 kilometer, a fee will be added.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For Popia Bergedil Frozen Meat, the conversion period is 24 hours. If a customer finds there is damage to our frozen Popia Bergedil Daging, but does not make a change within 24 hours, we will not be responsible for such damage.
