REFLECTIONS

I can learn how to manage an organization in doing a project or task. In addition, I can train the leadership attitude in myself to be a fair, kind and disciplined group leader towards my team members. Next, I was able to increase my skills in promoting a product for sale online.

I got some good results after doing this project where one of them is that is taught me to have a strong spirit of cooperation between group members. The most importantly is i am also getting more courageous to face all the tests and not easily afraid to take any risks. It is also taught me to be more rational and smart person in management. 

What i got and learned was to be able to know how to do business online from the bottom up and be able to delve and learn a little bit about business with the use of the latest technology.

I can be more disciplined in completing instructions given by the group leader and other group members. I can also learn how to create their own website using the latest applications and edit the website to be more interesting. I can also work with other teammates in accomplishing a task.

With my group members, i had a fascinating experience running a business. I was able to gain experience with the financial side of the firm. Next, i can work on honing my talents in product promotion and ensuring that customers know the brand of the product that i'm advertising. 

I learned many things including how to be a production team. Apart from that, I also gained a lot of knowledge in managing a business. I also learn how to manage the production to make sure the quantity enough for our customer.

I can learn and gain knowledge on how to promote a business on social media. Furthermore, i have learn about the important process of understanding our target market and completing our market research and also being aware of our competitors.

A lot of new experiences and things i have gained throughout running this project with my team members. Although at first i had trouble in giving ideas for editing but with the help of members, our work went more smoothly and we shared ideas well. 

Through this e-commerce project has helped me a lot as a student to furhet increase theexposure to the business world in myself to continue to get involved in the field of entrepreneurship.

I learned a lot of things in this course. I am the financial assistant in this assignment and I handle the finance division. i gained more knowledge about the business and my interest in technology, digital marketing and improving business to concumer transactions all continued to drive me.
